The release date for PUBG: New State has been scheduled for November 11, according to publisher Krafton, which confirmed the date during a showcase event on Friday. According to the South Korean business, the new mobile game will be published on Android and iOS in more than 200 countries, including India, following a final technical test in 28 countries on October 29–30.
The February release of PUBG: New State is said to have generated more than 50 million pre-registrations on Android and iOS. The game's pre-registration procedure began immediately after its announcement, albeit it only became online in India in September.
Krafton announced during the presentation, which was live-streamed on YouTube, that PUBG: New State will be released as a free-to-play mobile game in 17 different languages throughout the world.
PUBG: New State, set in the year 2051, will deliver a next-generation battle royale experience to mobile devices, with all-new graphics technology and a gunplay system that is said to be on par with what is available in the PC version of PUBG: Battlegrounds. The business also hinted at next-generation visuals.
According to Creative Director Daehun Kim, PUBG: New State aims to further the battle royale genre with innovative gameplay elements like weapon customization, the drone store, and a unique player recruiting mechanism.
The game will have four distinct maps, including the futuristic Troi and franchise classic Erangel. According to the CEO, it will also receive frequent upgrades with new material, enhanced gameplay, and a season-based service centred on gameplay balance and fun.
