There are a lot of Free SEO tools out there but I have prepared the top 7 Free SEO tools that you should use as a beginner.

In fact, these tools help my Blog get 10k visitors per month within just 5 months. In this post, I will share with you my experience on how to use these tools effectively and give an initial boost to a new blog.

If you already know about Analytics and Search console then you can skip directly to the third tools. So, let me give you a brief idea about these tools and how to use this effectively.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is one of the advanced tracking systems which gives you the most accurate results about your website traffic, user experience, page loading speed, and more.

It helps you better understand the type of audience that is visiting your website. It gives complete information like Age, Gender, Their location including city, interest.

You can also track which types of devices and networks they are using. It helps you optimize your site according to it.

Google Search Console

The second most SEO tools that everyone uses is the Google Search Console. It also is known as the webmaster tool. It helps you to track the indexing status, keywords that are ranking on Google, your average search impression, and CTR ( Click-through rate), backlink status, and more.

You need to submit your sitemap in the search console to automatically index your new posts and pages in Google search results.

You can also manually index your posts or re-index your updated posts by using the URL inspection tool.

It also gives you a warning about any SEO-related problems and helps you determine and quickly resolve those issues.

But Google temporarily removed the request indexing feature from the URL inspection tool. Let's hope this will fix by Google soon.

Free keyword research tools

Before jumping into the keyword research tools let's understand what is keyword research?

Keyword research is the process of discovering words and phrases (aka “keywords”) that people use in search engines, like Google, Bing, and YouTube.

The best free method to do keyword research tools is Google. If you type any seed keyword on it, it will show all related keywords that you can use on your blog post.

You can use also the LSI keywords that show the bottom of every Google search result page.

Rank math SEO plugin

If you want to update your site with On-page SEO then you should use an SEO plugin like Rank math SEO or Yoast SEO plugins.

But, I personally recommend Rank math Plugins as it comes with all SEO settings for free that are come in the premium version of Yoast SEO plugin. It also comes with an advanced schema setting.

It will automatically create Sitemaps for you. You can use the redirect facility within the Rank math plugin.

Google Mobile-Friendly test

Google recently made a big change to its algorithm and it is called "Mobile First indexing".

If your site is not mobile-friendly then you may face big troubles and affect your ranking.

You can use Google's Mobile-Friendly Test tool to solve that problem. It helps you understand whether or not Google considers your site mobile-friendly
